DELIVERY & TIMING
How long does it take?
Each piece is handmade. Production usually takes up to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
Do you offer express / rush orders?
Sometimes yes. If you’re on a deadline, mention it in your request and I’ll tell you what’s possible.
CUSTOM ORDERS
How does a custom order work?
- You send your idea + reference
- We discuss size, materials and details
- I create the piece in the studio
- Final check + delivery
What can I request?
Crystal & glitter artworks, custom portraits, embellished objects (shoes, accessories), experimental pieces.
Can you recreate a design I found online?
I can take inspiration, but I don’t do 1:1 copies. I’ll create an original version in the Emberly style.
PRICING
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on size, materials and detail level. Send your idea and I’ll quote you before I start.
Is there a deposit?
For custom orders, a deposit may be required to confirm the slot and materials.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Shipping is available within CZ/EU (and more on request). Details depend on the piece and packaging.
How much is shipping?
Shipping price depends on destination and size. You’ll see the final shipping cost before we confirm the order.
CARE
How do I take care of the piece?
Keep it dry, avoid strong heat and friction. For wearable pieces, treat them gently to preserve shine and detail.
